A 15-minute complimentary introductory call (via telehealth) is available. Soft Talk Counselling & Psychotherapy understands how difficult it can be to find the right therapist to share your stories. Session fees and payments
Individual consultations are $110 for telehealth & $150 in person, 50 minutes.
Payments may be made via electronic bank transfer (EFT) or securely processed through our online system using a credit or debit card (1.9% processing fee).
At the close of each in-person session, payment is required.
To engage our services, we kindly ask that you provide your credit card details into our secure online system upon completing your intake forms.

Cancellations and reschedule
If you need to reschedule or you’re unable to make your appointment, a 48 hours’ notice is require (or 50% of session fee will apply).

Mental healthcare plan
Counsellors and psychotherapists operate as a full fee service. Currently, these services are not covered by Medicare, and there is no requirement for a mental health care plan.
